Horizontally Aligned SWCNT
Application: High-quality aligned single-walled carbon nanotubes on sapphire, quartz and silicon substrates for applications such as CNT sensors, FET devices, interconnects and thermal conduits.
Features and Benefits: The aligned CNT fabric can be patterned and etched similar to 2D material geometries such as thing films making it seamless to incorporate into the fabricatin process. THe pristine CNT alignment also provides advantageous anisotropic transport properties making use of high mobility and ballistic carrier transport within the carbon nanotubes.
Preparation Note: The tubes are prepared by CVD method on quartz or sapphire substrates, and then transferred to Si or any substrate via a thermal release method.
Composition: Carbon content, >99.9%
Surface coverage: 1-20 tubes/um, 30% tolerance
Bandgap: 0.7eV - 1.2eV
Length: 10 - 250 micron
Assay: >99% SWCNT basis
